This policy outlines the subscription pricing for KXalgo and how you can cancel your subscription or seek a refund for the software services purchased through the Platform (kxalgo.com). KXalgo is a recurring software-as-a-service subscription; there are no physical goods to deliver.
Subscription Plans & Pricing
KXalgo is offered on the subscription plans below. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), billed per month, and inclusive of applicable taxes. You can view, change or cancel your plan at any time from the Billing section of your account.
- Free — ₹0 / month: 1 bot, paper mode only, live P&L dashboard and manual controls.
- Pro — ₹1,999 / month: up to 5 bots, all strategies, backtesting up to 6 months of history, and priority support.
- Elite — ₹4,999 / month: unlimited bots, all strategies, full multi-year backtesting, and dedicated support.
Refunds & Cancellation
- Subscription model: KXalgo is offered as a recurring monthly subscription. Your subscription grants access to the Platform’s software features for the billing period you pay for, and renews automatically until cancelled.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account settings. On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it will not renew and you will not be charged again. We do not automatically prorate or refund the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law or stated below.
- Refunds: As KXalgo is a digital service that provides immediate, ongoing access, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in cases such as a duplicate or accidental charge, a verified billing error on our side, or a documented, prolonged Platform outage that prevented use for a significant part of the billing period.
- Fees pay for software access only: KXalgo is automation software, not an investment service. Subscription fees pay for access to the software, not for any market outcome. Profits or losses on your own broker account are never grounds for a refund of subscription fees.
- How to request a refund: To request a refund or report a billing issue, write to our customer service using the contact information provided on this website, from the email address registered on your account, including your account email and the transaction / payment reference.
- In case of any refunds approved by Viveknath Mangalat, it will take up to 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed to you, credited back to the original payment method (your bank / payment provider may take additional time to reflect it).
Delivery & Access
KXalgo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription delivered entirely online. There are no physical goods to deliver. This section explains how access to the software is provided after a successful payment.
- Digital access only: KXalgo provides access to online software features. Nothing is physically delivered to an address. “Delivery” means activation of your subscription and access to the Platform on your registered account.
- When access is granted: Once your payment is successfully confirmed by our payment provider, your subscription is activated automatically and access is enabled immediately — typically within a few minutes. You can use the service by signing in at kxalgo.com with your registered account.
- Access confirmation: Confirmation of a successful payment and subscription activation is shown in the Billing section of your account, and a confirmation is sent to the email registered on your account.
- No handling or delivery charges: As the service is provided digitally, no handling or delivery fees are ever charged. The only amount you pay is the subscription fee for the plan you choose.
- If access is delayed: In the rare event that your payment succeeded but access was not activated, contact our customer support using the details below, from your registered email, with your account email and the transaction / payment reference. We will resolve activation issues promptly.
