Beyond placing trades, KXalgo gives you a layer of automation and intelligence to run strategies the way a disciplined desk would. These features are optional — turn on what fits your style. Here is the full set.

AI trade assistance

Claude-powered checks woven through the trade lifecycle — advisory, never blind:

• Pre-trade gate — before an entry fires, AI reviews the setup and returns Approve / Review / Block with a reason
• Live position analysis — ask AI to assess an open position: Hold / Adjust / Close, with a risk read and key levels
• Trade reviews — every closed trade gets a graded post-mortem of what went right and what to improve
• Portfolio coach — cross-trade insights and prioritised recommendations across all your bots

Backtesting

Replay an Iron Condor on years of NIFTY/BANKNIFTY history before risking capital. Legs are priced with Black-Scholes off historical spot and India VIX, and you get the equity curve, win rate, average win/loss and max drawdown. Available on Pro (up to 6 months) and Elite (full range).

Manual Trade console

For hands-on control, the Trade console places entries, adjustments and closes yourself — with a live payoff preview (before/after) so you see the impact before committing. It also has a Live Settings tab to override target, stop, profit-lock and per-leg stops on the running trade without a restart.

Level triggers

Set price-cross automations: enter, adjust, or close when the underlying reaches a level you choose. Triggers are tied to the bot config so they persist across restarts — a way to pre-plan reactions without watching the screen.

Scheduled actions

Queue an entry, adjustment or close to fire at a specific time instead of immediately — useful for pre-planning around a known window. Manage the queue from the Scheduled tab.

Adjustments — automatic or manual

Adjustments defend a threatened position (roll, hedge, close a side). Run them automatically on spot-distance or delta triggers, or keep them manual via the Trade console with the payoff preview. New bots ship with adjustments off by default — you enable them deliberately. Delta-neutral bots additionally support a one-click rebalance.

Re-entry & frequency controls

Govern how often a bot trades: max trades per day/month, cooldowns after a win or a loss, and same-day re-entry blocks. These keep an automated strategy from over-trading or revenge-trading after a bad exit.

Strike selection: points or delta

Place strikes by a fixed point-gap from ATM (predictable) or by a target Black-Scholes delta (vol-adaptive — tighter in calm markets, wider in volatile ones). Pick per bot to match how you think about risk.

Multi-broker & paper trading

Run bots on AngelOne, 5paisa or Fyers — on your own account; KXalgo never custodies funds. Sessions are re-authenticated automatically before market open each day. And every strategy and feature can be paper-traded first with live market data and zero risk.
